The following themes are involved in the course: - Group dynamics - Entrepreneurial leadership - Entrepreneurial organization - Legal company structures - Intellectual Asset Assessment (IAA) - Designing a reliable business strategy, i.e. business plan - Negotiations - Incentive structures - Entrepreneurial financing - Valuation - Value communication (formal and real)
