Course contents
The course will introduce the students in modelling of ecological system, use of different simulation tools and practical training in modelling. The first part is focused on basic MatLab (-programme) through descriptions and numerical examples. The lectures in the second part of the course focus on general priniciples in modelling of dynamic systems like equilibrity laws and phenmenological laws.
