Teoretical
This course is developed to meet the needs of a project teams, including project managers, users, customers, developers, testers and other relevant stakeholders. Anyone involved in the development, review or management of project scope will benefit from this training.
Objectives of the course
Students who have successfully completed the course should have achieved the following learning outcomes:
Knowledge and comprehension:
- Understand the nature of teams
- Understand the roles of teams and teammembers
- Understand fundamental distinctions of leading a team compared to leading an organisation.
Skills:
The course should prepare the student to:
- Compose a well functional team
- Lead different types of teams
Competence:
- Clarify the background for teamcomposition, team role and mandate for team
- Review leadership and decisionmaking in different types of teams
